The Buttery Dish is the realization of my dream to share my passion for food, hospitality, and creativity in a relaxed and fun environment, surrounded by great company.
With 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have catered everything from intimate dinner parties to grand weddings. Alongside my husband, I co-founded an award-winning restaurant in Herefordshire, which inspired my love for designing bespoke, visually stunning canapés. This passion led me to establish Pink Pineapple Events, my own catering company, through which I have catered events across the country, including weddings, car launches, film premieres, and spectacular celebrations.
While Pink Pineapple continues to thrive, The Buttery Dish represents a personal passion that I am eager to share. After falling in love with Winchcombe 20 years ago, we have returned and transformed our home, set against a beautiful Cotswold backdrop, into the perfect space for sharing everything I have learnt. Together with my creative friends and colleagues, I am excited to welcome you to my home, where we can enjoy delicious food and all things creative.
